Matt Snyder began their work experience as a Staff Accountant at United Savings and Loan Association in 1987. In 1989, they joined Great Southern Bank as a Staff Accountant and later progressed to become the Director of Human Resources in 1995. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Great Southern Bank, starting from January 2021.
Matt Snyder earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Missouri State University. Matt has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in July 2023, the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in August 2020, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2015, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in January 2011, the Basic Life Support Instructor from the American Heart Association in September 2010, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in June 1995.
