Phil Powell, a seasoned professional in the construction industry, has accumulated a wealth of experience in various roles such as Senior Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Engineer at Great Southwestern Construction, Inc., where Phil has been working since June 2010. Prior to this, Phil gained valuable experience as an Intern at Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc. and ISEC, Inc. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
