Steffi Luis

Steffi Luis has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at GreatDay HR - HR Software starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Steffi was employed at the Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran from December 2016 to December 2020, initially as an Assistant Manager and then as a Meeting Event Manager. Steffi also held positions at Le Meridien Jakarta as a Sales Coordinator from October 2015 to October 2016, and as a Guest Service Agent from September 2013 to September 2015. Steffi's experience also includes working as a Guest Service Agent at the Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central from December 2014 to February 2015, and as a Food and Beverage Trainee at the Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur from October 2011 to March 2012.

Steffi Luis pursued their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Petra Christian University from 2008 to 2012. Later, in 2012-2013, they attended Tianjin University of Science & Technology, where they focused on Chinese Language and Literature.
