Theresa Barwell-Ward

Theresa Barwell-Ward has held various procurement and commercial management roles throughout their career. Theresa began their career at Network Rail in 2002, where they served as a Contract & Procurement Manager and Purchasing Operations Manager. In 2007, Theresa joined Network Rail again, this time as a Category/Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager for various projects.

In 2012, Theresa transitioned to Kent County Council, where they held multiple roles including Procurement Manager and Commercial Manager. Theresa was responsible for managing a significant spend portfolio and developing strategic sourcing plans for various categories, including residential accommodation for children and adults.

Most recently, Theresa joined Greater Anglia in 2022 as the Head of Procurement.

Theresa Barwell-Ward completed a course in "Introduction to Association of Project Management" at the Association of Project Management in 2012. From 1998 to 2000, they studied "Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management" and earned a degree in Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply from Croydon College.
