Eve Bowmaster has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Eve started their career in 1992 as an RN at Carroll Hospital, where they worked until 1993. From 1993 to 1999, they worked as an RN at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. In 2000, they joined MedStar Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) as an RN and worked there until 2006. In 2005, Eve joined GBMC HealthCare and held various roles, including Senior Director Quality & Patient Safety, Ambulatory Service and Gilchrist, Director Quality & Patient Safety, Ambulatory Services, Director of Quality and Patient Safety, Physician Practices, RN, MBSCR, RN, Quality and Patient Safety Manager, and RN, Clinical Coordinator Neurosurgery. Eve is currently serving as the Senior Director Quality & Patient Safety, Ambulatory Service and Gilchrist at GBMC HealthCare. Eve holds multiple certifications, including MAS, BSN, RN, CPHQ, CPPS, and CBN.
Eve Bowmaster holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, which they obtained from Towson University in the years 1988 to 1992. In 2014, they completed the Faith Community Nurse program at the University of Kentucky. More recently, from 2018 to 2021, Eve pursued further education at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, earning a MAS degree in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, CPPS, CPHQ, and CBN from various institutions.
