Ricky Smith

Ricky Smith currently serves as the Executive Director/CEO of the Maryland Aviation Administration since August 2015, and holds several leadership positions including Chairman of the Greater Baltimore Urban League and Chairman of the Board for the Airport Minority Advisory Council. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Airports/CEO for the Cleveland Airport System from June 2006 to August 2015, where responsibilities encompassed management of Cleveland Hopkins International and Burke Lakefront Airports. Ricky's extensive experience in aviation management is complemented by an Executive MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University.
