Maggie Baran

Maggie Baran, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Greater Chicago Food Depository since December 2021. Previously, Maggie held roles including Training and Development Manager at The Chicago Community Trust and AVP of Learning and Development at Wintrust Financial Corporation. Extensive experience includes over a decade at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as Assistant Vice President and Learning & Development Manager, focusing on training programs and coaching. Early career experience encompasses roles in publishing and financial services, including technical writing and instruction, sales, and inventory analysis. Maggie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development from DePaul University.
