Sana Syal is a highly experienced professional in public health and partnership services, currently serving as Senior Director of Partnership Services & Support at the Greater Chicago Food Depository since December 2021. In this role, Sana oversees programming in collaboration with over 800 partners in Cook County, focusing on health partnerships, nutrition security, and food equity. Prior to this position, Sana held the role of Director of Health and Population Specific Programs, managing more than 175 food access partnerships with healthcare organizations. Sana's previous experience includes senior management roles at the Medical Home Network and various positions at the Prevention Research Center of Michigan and Westside Health Authority, among others. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy and Management from The Ohio State University, Sana is dedicated to advancing health outcomes and fostering community engagement.
