Katie Schwieter

Katie Schwieter is an accomplished learning designer and developer with extensive experience in creating engaging e-learning experiences. Currently serving as a Developer at Artisan Learning since June 2022, Katie specializes in utilizing rapid authoring tools and integrating accessibility standards in interactive courses. As the Owner and Principal Learning Designer at A Learning Designer, LLC, Katie has led various projects, including managing the podcast Elevate L&D for the Greater Cincinnati Association for Talent Development since September 2021. Previous roles include Learning Designer at Salesforce, where Katie developed self-paced technical training, and Instructional Designer positions at the Wallcovering Installers Association and North American Power Sweeping Association, where impactful online education programs were created. Katie's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
