Erin Riffle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erin currently works at the Greater Cleveland Partnership as a Program Director for the Apprenticeship Hub. Prior to this, they held positions at the Precision Metalforming Association and its Educational Foundation, where they focused on workforce development and managing the learning management system. Erin also gained experience in the theater industry, working as a Stage Manager for Rubber City Theatre, Weathervane Playhouse, Blank Canvas Theatre, and the Olmsted Performing Arts Center. Additionally, they worked as an Education Associate at the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning and the Cleveland Play House. Erin's career also includes a role as a Patient Account Specialist at MedInform, Inc. with a focus on healthcare.
Erin Riffle holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy at the University of Evansville. Erin has also obtained additional certifications, including "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority" from LinkedIn in December 2022 and "Notary Public" from the Ohio Secretary of State in March 2016.
