Mspod Leonela Fuentes Mora

Leonela Fuentes Mora, MSPOD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Apprenticeship at Greater Cleveland Partnership since December 2022, Leonela also founded and directs Leonela Flourishing LLC since September 2020. Previously, Leonela held a corporate human resources role at Sherwin-Williams from June 2022 to December 2022 and worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at M&P Consulting from 2012 to September 2020. Leonela holds a Master's degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New Mexico Highlands University (2005-2009).
