Vanessa McDougall

Vanessa McDougall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and community engagement. Since May 2011, Vanessa has served as the Frontier District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, Denver Area Council, where responsibilities include implementing programs and fostering community relationships. Simultaneously, Vanessa has worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy since November 2007, assisting customers with product solutions and processing sales. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Advertising Representative for MSU Reporter from March 2007 to January 2009, where Vanessa developed advertising strategies and created promotional content for the university's newspaper. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Spanish from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned in 2010.
