Lita Holdeman

Lita Holdeman currently serves as the Trauma Registry Supervisor at UC Health, a position held since March 2017, where management of 17 remote employees and oversight of daily operations for Level 1, Level 3, and Burn registries are key responsibilities. Additionally, Lita provides resources for ongoing staff education and ensures the update and alignment of Facility Dictionaries with state and national Trauma Data Standards. Prior roles include Trauma Information Coordinator at the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association since November 2022, Regional Trauma Data Manager at Miami Valley Hospital from December 2009 to March 2017, and Trauma Data Analyst. Lita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
