Gina Speese

Gina Speese is an experienced professional currently serving as the Prospect Research and Analytics Manager at Rockhurst University since March 2010, focusing on major gift prospects and funding initiatives. In addition, Gina co-chairs both the Culture of Philanthropy Committee and the Anti-Racism Employee Resource Group, promoting an inclusive and philanthropic culture while addressing social and racial equality within the university. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Rockhurst University and various volunteer positions with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City and United Way of Greater Kansas City. Gina also holds a BS in Computer Science from Rockhurst University and has served in leadership and development roles across multiple community organizations.
