Tobias Longmate

Tobias Longmate is an experienced Communications Officer specializing in digital communications and content creation, currently serving the Greater Manchester Combined Authority since May 2017 and the Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service since January 2014. Responsibilities include serving as a brigade photographer and videographer, and acting as a media liaison officer, documenting major incidents and internal projects. Prior roles include freelance videography for VIVA magazine, a production internship at BBC's Blue Peter, and various positions within the Co-Operative British Youth Film Academy, focusing on sound, camera, and lighting. Tobias holds a degree in Fiction Film Production from the University of Salford and a degree in English with Film and Television Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
