Carlos Báez

Carlos Benítez Pérez is a seasoned professional in communications and corporate image, currently serving as a communications consultant for the Municipalidad de Uchumayo and as a docente for CERTUS since June 2024. Previously, Carlos held positions including corporate communication specialist at the Colegio de Abogados de Arequipa and graphic communication specialist at the Municipalidad de Socabaya. With a diverse background in design and public relations, Carlos has taught at CIBERTEC and has experience in graphic design and public relations across various municipal organizations. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa, along with multiple qualifications in communication and public relations from various institutions.
