Clara McCool

Clara McCool is an experienced professional currently serving as a Regional Broadband Program Manager at the Greater Portland Council of Governments since November 2020, with previous roles as Regional Broadband Coordinator, Regional Broadband Associate, and Broadband Equity Fellow with Resilience Corps/Americorps. Clara's earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Center for Leadership Simulation and Gaming and as a UVA Green Dining Intern with Aramark Refreshment Services. Additional roles include an internship at the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center, providing social media management and administrative support, as well as positions as a line cook at Roots Natural Kitchen and a cashier at Anchor Stone Deck Pizza. Clara holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Russian Language and Literature from the University of Virginia, completed in 2020.
