Jasmine Leflore

Jasmine LeFlore has a diverse and impressive work history. Jasmine began their career at Wade Trim as a Civil Engineering Intern in 2009. Jasmine then went on to work at the University of Michigan, where they held various roles including Student Services Office Assistant and Miniature Tether Electrodynamics Researcher. During their time at the university, they also co-founded and served as President of Project F.L.I, a leadership initiative.

In 2014, they joined Spheros North America, Inc. as a Design Engineering Intern before transitioning to UTC Aerospace Systems in 2015. At UTC Aerospace Systems, they worked as a Project Engineer and also served as the Professional Development Chair for the African American Forum.

In 2017, Jasmine joined Collins Aerospace as an Equipment Engineer, where they stayed until 2019. During their time at Collins Aerospace, they held various roles including Chair of the African American Forum and Sr. Engineer, Special Projects - Chief of Staff to VP of Engineering.

In 2020, Jasmine took on a new role as the Communications Chair for the Aerospace African Enterprise Board. Jasmine then became the Vice Chair of the African American Enterprise Board in 2021, where they launched a professional development program series and managed a diverse talent database.

In 2022, Jasmine co-founded Greater Than Tech and currently serves as the Executive Director. Overall, Jasmine LeFlore has a strong background in engineering and leadership, with a focus on diversity and professional development.

Jasmine LeFlore holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, with a specialization in Strategic Management Capabilities. Jasmine also has a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) from Purdue University - The Graduate School, with a concentration in Interdisciplinary Engineering, specifically in Systems Engineering. Jasmine obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Jasmine LeFlore completed their high school education at Flint Southwestern Academy, earning their High School Diploma. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained a certification as an ACE Associate in 2015.
