Jaime Miguel McCarthy

Jaime Miguel McCarthy is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in higher education, public policy, and international relations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at the Greater Washington Partnership since May 2023, Jaime focuses on creating pathways for a diverse digital tech workforce across the Baltimore to Richmond region. Previous roles include Program Associate at The Aspen Institute, where engagement centered on improving higher education practices for students of color and low-income backgrounds, and a variety of positions in government, including Special Assistant to Senator Tom Udall and Staff Assistant for Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham. Jaime's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from The University of New Mexico, along with studies in International Relations at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
