Korina Alcantara

Korina Alcantara currently serves as a Cyber Security Intern at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, focusing on Threat Vulnerability Management. In addition to this role, Korina holds the title of IT Business Analyst Intern at greater:SATX, contributing as a Student Fellow in the Alamo Fellows program aimed at supporting first-generation college students in San Antonio. Previous experience includes an IT Audit Internship at USAA and an Information Technology Business Analyst Internship at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, along with a position as a Substitute Teacher for Lackland Independent School District and involvement in a project on Cyber Security in IoT Medical Devices at Dakota State University. Korina is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, expected to graduate in May 2024.
