Mathias Jonasson has a diverse work experience in the retail and e-commerce industry. Mathias started their career in 2008 as a Department Store Salesperson at JC Jeans Company. Mathias then joined Nudie Jeans in 2010 as a Warehouse Assistant, where they fulfilled orders and maintained stock inventory. Mathias transitioned to the role of Wholesale Sale Support in 2012, establishing relationships with customers and coordinating deliveries. In 2013, they moved into e-commerce roles at Nudie Jeans, starting as an E-commerce Front End Coordinator, responsible for handling product data and executing online campaigns. Mathias later became an E-commerce Team Leader, leading a team to provide excellent customer service and manage daily operations. In 2016, they were promoted to Head of E-commerce, responsible for the management and growth of the e-commerce business. Their responsibilities included developing strategies, collaborating with different departments, and driving profitable online channel growth. In 2018, they took on the role of Retail and E-commerce Director, overseeing all retail and e-commerce operations, managing a team of over 150 employees, and contributing to a significant portion of the company's revenue. Currently, Mathias Jonasson is the COO at Grebban, a design and e-commerce agency, where they help brands and retailers with strategy, business development, and global scaling initiatives.
