Michael Darr

Michael Darr has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Michael started their career in 1984 as a System Software Coordinator at Woolworth, where they were responsible for software installation and security administration. Michael then worked as a Database Administrator at Cooper Power Systems from 1998 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Grede Foundries, Inc. as a Database/System/J2EE Admin. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Grede as a Data Base Administrator DBA. Michael then joined Cooper Industries in 1998 as a Data Base Administrator, where they stayed until 2008. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Network Administrator at Grede Foundries, Inc. Following that, they joined MPG Casting Technologies as a Network Administrator from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Grede Holdings LLC as a Network Operations Engineer since February 2020. In this role, they are responsible for network operations team activity, network infrastructure, corporate servers, Office 365, VMware infrastructure, external and internal security.

Michael Darr attended Waukesha County Technical College from 2011 to 2012, but did not complete a degree or field of study during that time. In 1978, they enrolled at Marquette University and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration in 1979.
