Mike Whaley

Mike Whaley has a diverse work experience in various manufacturing industries. Mike served as a Technical Operations Manager at Grede Holdings LLC, where they managed a team and oversaw the production of safety critical automotive parts. At AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, they worked as a Technical Manager for six years. Mike also worked at ESCO Corporation as a Manufacturing Manager, where they managed a team and implemented various programs to enhance safety and efficiency. Prior to that, they worked at Allegheny Technologies as a Product Engineer, where they focused on identifying and avoiding metallurgical defects in aerospace grade titanium material. Mike started their career at Owens Corning Fiberglas as a Process Engineer, where they led teams, introduced best practices, and implemented lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Mike Whaley attended The Ohio State University from 1998 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
