Scott Sharpee

Scott Sharpee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott started their career as a Right Hand Man at Paul Sharpee Farms, where they assisted with daily farm activities. Scott then worked as an Inventory Control specialist at Schumann Printers Inc., setting up and organizing the inventory control system. Scott also gained experience in sales and customer service as an Outside Lumber Yard Sales Associate at Menards.

Moving into the engineering field, Scott worked at Neenah Foundry Company as a Casting Engineer and later a Pattern Engineer, involved in the design and production of castings. Scott then joined CNH as a Casting Design and Development Specialist, collaborating with engineers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality castings for agricultural and construction equipment.

Scott's expertise in materials engineering continued to grow at Stainless Foundry & Engineering, Inc. where they worked as a Senior Foundry Engineer for a brief period. Scott then transitioned to HyPro Inc. as a Senior Materials Engineer, with a focus on materials analysis and selection.

Currently, Scott is employed at Grede Holdings LLC as a Senior Product Engineer, contributing their technical expertise to product development.

Scott Sharpee attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1999 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology Management. In 2003, Scott also briefly studied at St Mary's University, Twickenham for the fall semester. Their focus of study at St Mary's University was in General Studies.
