Chioma Nwafor is a seasoned professional in customer care and quality assurance with extensive experience in managing operations and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Care and Quality Assurance at Green Africa since May 2023, Chioma is responsible for setting up and managing call center technologies and vendor relationships.
