Massimo Massari has over 28 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Massimo is currently the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Green Arrow Capital, a private equity firm that they joined in October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Mast Capital Partners from April 2018, where they co-founded the company in 2010 and served as its exclusive advisor for investment activities in Italy. Massimo also worked at Edmond de Rothschild from May 2010 to April 2018, where they were involved with Mast Capital Partners. Before that, Massimo was the Managing Director at Aletti Private Equity from June 2005 to December 2009. Massimo had also held the position of Director at Findim from September 2002 to May 2005. Earlier in their career, Massimo worked as an Investment Director at PAI Partners from January 1999 to August 2002, as well as a Principal at EBRD from September 1995 to December 1998. Massimo started their career with internships at Hill Samuel Bank in September 1992 and Citibank from May 1992 to August 1992.

Massimo Massari completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1982 to 1987, they attended Liceo Classico Giuseppe Parini, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Then, from 1988 to 1993, Massari enrolled at Università Bocconi and obtained a Laurea in Scienze Economiche, but their field of study is unknown.
