Bobby L. Samuel III

Bobby L. Samuel III, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the land development industry. Bobby L. served as the National Vice President of Land at Green Brick Partners, INC. since 2018. Before that, from 2014 to 2018, they worked at Meritage Homes, first as the Vice President of Land Development and later as the Director of Land Development. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Land Development at Skorburg Company from 2012 to 2014. Bobby also has experience as a Project Manager at Bannister Engineering, LLC from 2009 to 2012 where they led a team that performed due diligence and design for a Fortune 500 oil & natural gas producer. Bobby L.'searlier experience includes serving as a Division Coordinator, Project Manager, and Analyst at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from 2003 to 2009 where they analyzed project profitability and coordinated project shifts for optimal resource utilization.

Bobby L. Samuel III, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Bobby L. further earned an MBA from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business, completing their degree from 2009 to 2011. Bobby is also a Licensed Professional Engineer certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
