Steve Plevak has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in land acquisition and planning. Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Green Brick Partners, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for identifying potential projects and overseeing the acquisition of land in Texas, Georgia, and Florida.

Steve Plevak received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2006. Steve then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Community and Regional Planning at The University of Texas at Austin from 2008 to 2010. In 2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Executive MBA from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Prior to their higher education, Steve received their High School Diploma from Lourdes High School in 2002.
