Meri Makhmuryan

Meri Makhmuryan is an experienced administrative affairs specialist currently supporting the Strategy Implementation Group at Caltech since November 2022. Previously, Meri served as a program coordinator, organizing numerous Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion events while handling marketing and communication tasks. Meri's commitment to environmental advocacy is evident through volunteer work with the Solar Rights Alliance and a significant role in coordinating logistics for related rallies. Earlier experiences include case management for youth at the City of Glendale, where Meri managed extensive caseloads and maintained crucial documentation, as well as contributions to the International Rescue Committee as an immigration volunteer. Meri holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from UCLA, complemented by studies at Glendale Community College.
