Amber N. Mullenix

Amber is a Vice President focused on platform development for Green Courte’s senior housing and land-lease community businesses and previously worked on asset management initiatives for the senior housing portfolio. Amber joined Green Courte in 2016.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Amber was an Asset Manager at White Lodging Services. During her time at White Lodging, she was responsible for various asset management initiatives for the company’s $1.2 billion dollar hotel portfolio, including project management of new hotel openings and oversight of the annual business planning process.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University. She is also an active member of the Purdue Alumni Association, and an associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
