Patrick M. Smith Sr.

Mr. Patrick M. Smith, Sr., ISA AM, MSA, MPPA, CAGA is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. In 2008, he was awarded the National Association of Master Appraisers highest designation, Master Senior Appraiser. In 2011, Mr. Smith earned the coveted Graduate Personal Property Appraiser designation from the National Association of Auctioneers. In 2012, he earned the CAGA designation as a Certified Personal Property Appraiser from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. He also holds an Accredited Member designation from the International Society of Appraisers. His ability to effectively research and utilize sound judgment when conducting complex valuations, appraisals, and reviews has rewarded him with great respect among his peers. He is well known for his tenacity and welcomes challenging assignments. Mr. Smith’s been an appraiser for over 15 years and testified on numerous occasions, in front of the IRS, on the behalf of property owners. All the cases he participated in were won successfully and without dispute. His appraiser’s talents compelled him to create and teach a successful class entitled, “Deconstruction, the Green Alternative to Demolition,” which qualifies as continuing education for the National Association of Realtors.
