Kevin Lockett

Kevin Lockett has over 20 years of experience in the financial and operations sector. Kevin currently serves as an advisor at Green Dot Bioplastics, a company that specializes in sustainable, eco-friendly bioplastics. Kevin has also held positions at P&P Optica, Fulcrum Global Capital, United Way of Greater Kansas City, Kauffman Fellows, WeedOUT, Nanoguard Technologies, and KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY GOLF COURSE AND RESEARCH FOUNDATION. In 2013, Kevin became the Chief Operations Officer & Chief Financial Officer of the Kansas Bioscience Authority, an organization established by the state legislature to help grow the bioscience sector in Kansas. Kevin was responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring the financial and accounting information systems for the organization. Kevin also monitored the income and investment management policies and worked closely with investment managers retained by the KBA. In addition to financial responsibilities, Kevin also managed all aspects of human resources, information technology, and legal for the organization. Kevin's experience and expertise have helped him become a leading figure in the financial and operations sector.

Kevin Lockett received their Bachelors in Accounting/Finance from Kansas State University. Kevin also attended Booker T. Washington High School.
