John Slupecki

John Slupecki has extensive experience in plant management and quality assurance within the thermoset plastics industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Mar-Bal, Inc. since August 2016, John oversees 26 associates, focusing on safety, environmental compliance, quality, and operations. Prior to this role, John managed operations at Bulk Molding Compounds, Inc. from July 2012 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing 100 associates across two locations. John's earlier experience also includes serving as Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Manager at Bulk Molding Compounds, where responsibilities involved monitoring department expenditures and managing quality control activities. John holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Toledo.
