Felicia Dean

Felicia Dean, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Green Group since February 2022, Felicia has previously held significant positions such as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager at the Alzheimer's Association® from April 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Felicia contributed as an HR Business Partner at MAG Aerospace from April 2016 to January 2019, and as an HR Generalist at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board from February 2014 to April 2016. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the UNC at Fayetteville State - School of Business and Economics (2002-2004), with additional education from Campbell University (2000-2002) and ODU Frank Batten College of Engineering and Technology (2012-2016).
