Matthew Laplante

Matthew LaPlante, PE, PMP, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Business Manager III and Project Manager at Green International Affiliates, Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Matthew held the position of Team Leader for Bridge Inspection and Load Rating at WSP USA, where responsibilities included managing statewide bridge inspection projects for various state departments of transportation. Matthew's experience also encompasses roles in bridge inspection, design, and transportation construction inspection across multiple organizations, including HAKS and NYSDOT. An educational background in civil engineering includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, both obtained from Clarkson University.
