John Tedesco

Renewable Energy Generation at Green Mountain Power

John Tedesco has extensive experience in renewable energy and environmental management. Currently employed at Green Mountain Power since February 2005, John works on innovative renewable energy projects, including anaerobic digestion, solar PV, wind development, hydroelectric power, and microgrids. Previously, John served as the Safety & Environmental Manager, emphasizing safety and environmental compliance. Additionally, John was the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Vermont Mountain Bike Association from November 2015 to December 2018, focusing on promoting responsible trail use and community recreation. Earlier roles include Regional Manager at Pennoni Associates, Account Manager at Beyond Work, and Manager of Environmental Field Services at Fuss & O'Neill. John holds an MBA in Managing for Sustainability from Marlboro College and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences, Geology from Castleton University.
