Phil Bourn

Phil Bourn is currently serving as the Power Generation Manager at Green Mountain Power since July 2022. Prior to this role, Phil Bourn worked as a Project Superintendent at PC Construction Company from April 2007 to July 2022, overseeing various significant projects, including the Atlantic Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion in Virginia Beach, VA, and the Airport Parkway Wastewater Treatment Plant in South Burlington, VT. Phil Bourn's experience also includes a position as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hubbardton Forge from August 2005 to April 2007.
