Mark Detwiler has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. In 1996, they began their career at Monsanto as an IT Systems Engineer, where they provided third level Windows server and printer support for over 350 servers worldwide. In 1999, they joined Xerox as an IT Solutions Consultant, where they delivered pre-sales product and solutions support and developed and managed the curriculum and training documentation for the Online Analyst Certification Program. In 2009, they began working at the University of Phoenix as an Online Facilitator, where they educated and mentored students and examined the increasing influence of e-commerce on the role of managers in the workforce. In 2018, they joined Green Office Partner as a Technical Specialist Team Lead, where they managed field support personnel and provided onsite installation and site assessments for Xerox and HP hardware, third-party productivity solutions and network equipment.
Mark Detwiler obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix in 2006, with a field of study in Technology Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University in 1995, with a field of study in Mechanical Drafting and Technical Writing.
