James Greengrass Frsa

James Greengrass FRSA currently serves as a Senior Partner for Civil Society & Government at Green Park since July 2023 and is a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts. With extensive experience in executive recruitment, James held the position of Executive Director at Veredus Executive Search from December 2009 to July 2023, where leadership included permanent recruitment for Senior Civil Service and various sectors including transport. Previously, James was a Partner at Rockpools from December 2005 to November 2009, focusing on Central Government and the security industry. An Associate Director at Veredus from 2002 to 2005, James also served as a Captain in the British Army during Operation TELIC in Iraq. Early career experience includes a managerial role at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2002. Academically, James holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardiff University.
