Mark W. Brown MBA-HR has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Mark W. started their career as a Human Resources Training Project Manager at Jacobson Stores Inc, where they developed training programs for multiple stores and managed training compliance. Mark W. then joined Borders Group Inc as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they designed and facilitated training programs for corporate and field employees. Following this, Mark became the Owner and Business Development Manager at Tastebuds Catering by Mark, LLC, where they were responsible for the startup and management of the business, implementing programs and policies in areas such as training and employee orientation. Mark W. then worked at the University of Michigan, first as an Instructional Designer/Learning Specialist, overseeing supervisory development programs, and later as a Training Manager - Learning and Professional Development, managing the budget, curriculum, and operations of the department.
