Nick Sangermano

Nick Sangermano serves as an Operating Partner at Green Street Power Partners since November 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Advisor at CleanCapital, where involvement included a $500 million investment from Manulife, focusing on strategic partnerships and corporate M&A. At Greenwood Sustainable Infrastructure, Sangermano was an Operating Partner for the L'Anse Warden Power project, achieving a turnaround to profitability within two years. As Managing Director at both Rubicon Infrastructure Advisors and CohnReznick Capital, leadership encompassed corporate capital raises, M&A, and renewables project financing. Prior experience includes managing private placements and project financing in energy and sustainability at Ambata Capital Partners, and serving as COO at Hudson Clean Energy, contributing to the establishment of a $1 billion fund. Additional roles include Director at Credit Suisse and Executive Director at CIBC Wealth Management. Sangermano holds an MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
