Rachel Albert

Chief Administrative Officer at Green Thumb Industries

Rachel Albert has a diverse work history that spans over two decades. Rachel began their career in 2000 at Mercer HR Consulting, where they worked as a Compensation Consultant, conducting research on national and global pay trends for various industries. In 2004, they joined C&R Research as a Consultant, applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to address marketing issues for clients of varying sizes. Rachel then moved to GE Capital in 2008, where they held multiple HR leadership roles, including HR Leader for the GE Capital Americas Finance Organization. During their time at GE, Rachel played a pivotal role in the strategic shift of GE Capital through Project Hubble, one of the largest corporate reorganizations in US market history. Rachel also led the wind-down of the remaining global operational infrastructure. Rachel's most recent experience includes working at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as the Interim Chief People Officer and currently as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Rachel Albert's education history includes earning an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Rachel'sstudies focused on Management & Organizations, Strategy, and Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree at Tufts University, where they obtained a BA in Psychology and Sociology. Rachel's high school education was obtained at Francis W. Parker. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in June 2019.
