Anup Joshi

Anup Joshi is the current Chief Culinary Officer at Green Top Farms. Anup has also worked as a chef at Cafe Orlin, INDAY NYC, El Colmado Butchery, El Colmado at Gotham West Market, and Tertulia Restaurant. Prior to their work as a chef, Joshi was a sous chef at All Spice Restaurant and Commerce Restaurant.

Anup Joshi has a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Institute of Culinary Education. Anup also has a certification from the Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University in Good Manufacturing Practices Internet Training Course and a certification from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in New York City Food Protection Certificate.
