Mike has 30+ years in the meat and seafood industry He spent 10 years working at union stores, and he spent the last 20+ years in natural meat and seafood. He was with Wild Oats for 10 years, New Seasons for 9 years, and he has been with Green Zebra since the beginning. Mike was on the West Coast new store opening team with Wild Oats Markets, where he helped open 12 stores. He also opened 3 stores with new seasons, and of course 1 store so far with green zebra. During his previous jobs, he managed departments ranging from 7k a week with 3 staff members to over 40k a week in sales with a staff of 25. In addition to a deep understanding of the meat and seafood industry, Mike is a remarkably consistent and savvy financial manager. He also brings a great longstanding relationship with key suppliers up and down the West Coast.
