Ronnie Barnes

Ronnie Barnes is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel in Transactions and Finance at Greenberg Gibbons Commercial since September 2016, focusing on capital markets, lender relationships, and legal affairs related to acquisitions, finance, and development. Previously, Ronnie held positions as a Financial Analyst & Associate Counsel and Business Law Fellow, where responsibilities included contract interpretation, financial analysis, and drafting tenant Estoppels.
