Tara Radzinski is the cofounder and CEO of Sustainable Solutions Corporation, bringing over 20 years of financial and operational planning experience, with significant achievements in year-over-year growth and process improvement over the last decade. Additionally, Tara serves as a Small Business Coach/Consultant, providing one-on-one coaching to assist small business owners in overcoming operational challenges and creating tailored success models. As the cofounder and Managing Partner of GreenCircle Certified, LLC., Tara focuses on staffing, team development, and the strategic direction of the company, fostering a vision of success among team members. Tara holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Penn State University and has pursued additional education in non-profit organizations and other professional development programs.
