Lee Finney has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Lee started their career as a Manufacturing Development Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. in 1996. Lee then moved on to work at Campbell Soup Company, where they held various roles including Operations Director for Erin Foods Ireland and UK Procurement Manager. After that, they joined Pepperidge Farm as the Director of USA Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. Lee later became the Operations Director - Branded Baked Goods at Goodman Fielder. Following that, they took on several Chief Operations & Supply Officer roles at Molson Coors, overseeing Canada, Europe, and the UK & Ireland regions. Lee then became the Chief Executive - Enterprise Transformation & Global Operations at Fletcher Building. Most recently, they joined Beam Suntory as the Vice President Of Global Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Greencore, a food manufacturer based in Dublin, Ireland.
