Mendy Mombeshora's work experience begins in 2009 at Crown Cork & Seal, where they held roles as a Product Development Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Engineer. They focused on improving machine changeover times and implemented methods that reduced changeover times by approximately 20%.

In 2011, Mendy joined CarnaudMetalbox Engineering Limited as a Design Engineer. They worked on a project to improve the design of a die necker for 2-piece can production. This involved investigating solutions, organizing collaborative design sessions, meeting with suppliers, and creating CAD models.

From 2012 to 2014, Mendy worked at the University of Bath as a PHD Researcher. They were involved in an EU funded project focusing on eco-design and specialized in researching how to integrate supplier collaboration into the eco-design process. They also contributed to designing the architecture of a supplier information sharing portal.

During the same period, Mendy also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Bath.

From 2015 to 2016, Mendy worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Bath. They participated in projects such as the SPARK Project, which focused on developing a spatially augmented reality platform for new product development, and the Play Sandbox Project, which explored technology in play.

Most recently, in 2020, Mendy joined Greener as the Chief Product Officer. They have now transitioned into the role of Chief Operational Officer.

From 2007 to 2012, Mendy attended the University of Bath and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing and Management, along with an industrial placement.

In 2009, Mendy participated in the Graduate Engineers Training Programme for Engineering Application at Rugby College, where the focus of study was Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

From 2012 to 2016, Mendy pursued further education at the University of Bath and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In 2013, Mendy also attended SSEDR13 for a program involving Engineering Design.

Furthermore, in 2014, Mendy participated in the Researcher to Innovator Course at SetSquared, with a concentration on Innovation and Enterprise.
