Monika Dharia

Monika Dharia is the founder and CEO of GreenGear Supply Company, an innovative startup that provides customizable, sustainable outdoor products to businesses. Prior to this, Monika worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, gaining experience in various industries such as private equity, healthcare, and technology. Monika also has a background in research at Duke University, where Monika conducted risk analysis, co-authored papers, and developed cost-effective methods for testing endocrine disruption. Monika holds a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering & Water Resources, along with minors in Economics and an I&E certificate.
