Gavin Solotar

Gavin Solotar began their work experience in 1986 as a Consultant/CPA at Ernst & Young. Gavin then joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in 1992 as a Partner, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Greenhill & Co. as a Managing Director & General Counsel, and in 2016, they became the Managing Director at Spotlight Advisors, LLC.

Gavin Solotar began their education in 1982 at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they pursued their Bachelor's degree. Gavin completed their undergraduate studies in 1986. Following this, from 1989 to 1992, they attended the New York University School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
